KL, Otherwise known as Kuala Lumpur.

The Petronas Towers otherwise known as the KL Towers for Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. The towers were the highest buildings in the world until 2004 when they were surpassed by Taipie 101 tower which we also visited in Taiwan. The towers at 451.9 Meters (1483'). They are currently the tallest twin towers in the world. KL traffic was heavy and chaotic but still a multiple lane toll road. We were dropped off at the huge Pavilion Mall near the base of the KL towers and had lunch at the basement food court. This food court was the cleanest nicest place I have ever seen. Hundreds of gleaming restaurants featuring Malaysian, Chinese, Indian etc. food.

After lunch we walked to a park to overlook the twin towers.

Our ship was docked at Port Klang along a river about 75 kilometers from KL City center. We are not in Penang Malaysia and had a taxi take us to the other side of the island for a beach hotel, the Hard Rock Penang. We found out that Sammy our driver is wrong and we cannot use the facilities plus the ocean is out of bounds as they have massive jelly fish around. We we are have lunch at the hard rock. If we can find Sammy before the appointed pickup time we will move to a new place.
